We’re hiring an SDR in London to support our founder/AE running sales solo. You’ll push outbound prospecting — identifying IT and Security teams at fast-growing companies, running multi-channel outreach (cold email, phone, LinkedIn), qualifying leads, and booking meetings. You’ll sell into both SMB and mid-market segments.

What you’ll do:

• Prospect and qualify IT/Security buyers across SMB and mid-market
• Run cold outreach across email, phone, and social
• Book qualified meetings for the AE/founder
• Sync outbound with marketing
• Help shape the outbound playbook from the ground up — this is an early GTM hire, not a seat in an existing machine

What we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years in an SDR or similar outbound B2B sales role
• B2B SaaS experience — cybersecurity or IT sales is a plus
• Comfortable picking up the phone and sending cold emails
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — you’ll be building process, not following one
• Based in London, working in-office (or mostly in-office)
